Shandong Huawei Yinkai Building Materials Science and Technology Stock Co., Ltd. is located in Huantai New Century Industrial Park, Zibo City, Shandong Province. Established as the biggest concrete admixture manufacturer in Shandong, it provides annual production capacity of more than 300,000 tons of various concrete admixtures, took a leading role in passing Technical Certification of Science &Technology Department (Ministry of Railways). So far, ten technology achievements of our company passed the province-level appraisal of Shandong; seven achievements rank the top throughout the country; four achievements won the state invention patents.

Polyocarboxylate high performance water reducers are developed independently and have been granted national invention patent (Patent No. 200810158345.4) with the properties of low carbon and environmental green. Their application can economize on cements by achieving the replacement of 50~60% cement by industrial residue in concrete manufactures. If this product is used in 80% concrete, the annual production of cements will reduce 6-7 billion metric ton, accordingly reducing carbon dioxide of 6-7 billon metric tons to discharge and utilizing industrial residue of 6-7 billon metric tons per year, which will great improve the development of low-carbon economy. These products reach the leading domestic level by receiving the scientific and technological achievement appraisal certificate from Shandong Science and Technology Department. Moreover, another new product is prepared for a invention patent application, which is called activator for ground industrial residue. It will achieve the replacement of 90% cement by ground industrial residue. This will be another landmark in the development of concrete technology and great accelerate the growth of low-carbon economy.

At the moment our country is in process of large-scale capital construction, the peak period of capital construction will last for 20~30 years. The large demand of concrete makes concrete admixture essential to domestic capital construction as the fifth part of concrete component.
